Alchemist's Dawn
In this prototype, your goal is to reach both ends of the map (left and right) in order to collect the rewards. To do this, you will need to craft consumables, expand the area exposed to the light sources, and keep your lantern fueled with magic essence. When back at base, you can refuel the magic lantern through the purifier. To get magic essence, defeat enemies for their shadow essence and then purify it at the purifier in your base area. At the potion-making station, you can use the magic essence along with herbs found on the ground and water from the well to create magic and health potions. When out, you will find shadowed light stones. You can purify these into light stones and then mix them with magic essence at the alchemy stone station to make Alchemy Stones of Light. These are used to build light sources at the designated build sites. Lastly, you can combine an elemental stone with magic essence at the alchemy stone station to create a new alchemy stone that you can insert into your wand.
(Note: Forest West is only recommended after Forest East.)

Controls:
'A' and 'D': Walk left and right
Left Mouse Button: Shoot a magic projectile; consumes magic.
Right Mouse Button: Wand Smack, a weak melee attack.
'E': Interact/Select
Shift: Hold to run; consumes stamina.
Control or 'C': Crouch
'1' and '2': Use Health Potion and Use Magic Potion respectively.
Tab or Escape: Open/Close Pause Menu
'W' 'A' 'S' and 'D': Menu controls
